My journey into real estate has been shaped by a commitment to service, strategy, and a desire to help others build lasting wealth. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I was a Certified Business Broker through the California Association of Business Brokers and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), specializing in business sales and acquisitions. I later transitioned into a multiple year career as a senior contract negotiator for the Department of Defense, where I led procurement negotiations aligned with national defense objectives. This background sharpened my skills in deal-making, risk management, and client advocacy.

I’ve built a solid foundation in real estate investing through professional networks, investor education, and hands-on experience. As a BiggerPockets Pro member—part of the largest real estate investing community focused on education and connection—I leverage expert tools, forums, and podcasts to stay sharp. I also regularly attend industry events like the BiggerPockets Conference and the BetterLife Summit, a gathering of top investors and entrepreneurs which emphasizes personal growth, financial freedom, and high-level networking. These platforms keep me current on market trends and proven strategies used by successful investors nationwide. I’ve also developed strong partnerships with lenders, 1031 exchange intermediaries, and other key professionals—especially in San Diego—to help ensure seamless, informed transactions.

As a San Diego native, I’ve seen firsthand how the region’s strong military presence shapes our economy and community. With  family ties to the Navy, I have a deep respect for the service and sacrifices made by military members and their families. That perspective guides my approach to real estate.
