Mike brings a mission-driven, strategy-first approach to real estate, helping clients make smart, long-term property decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. For more than 20 years, he has guided individuals and organizations through complex decisions, always prioritizing trust, accountability, and lasting relationships.


Before focusing on residential real estate, Mike worked as a Business Broker, advising on business sales as a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He later served as a senior contract negotiator for the U.S. Department of Defense, leading high-stakes procurement negotiations and honing expertise in deal-making, risk management, and disciplined negotiation—all skills he now applies to real estate transactions.


Mike is actively building his expertise in real estate investing and stays current on market trends, financing strategies, and investor-driven insights through ongoing education and participation in networks such as BiggerPockets. He has developed trusted relationships with lenders, 1031 exchange intermediaries, and other real estate professionals throughout San Diego to help clients make informed, strategic decisions.


A San Diego native with strong family ties to the Navy, Mike’s respect for the service and sacrifices of active-duty members, veterans, and their families informs his work—but his mission-driven, strategic approach extends to all clients, from first-time buyers to investors.
